The past few years, I have ordered warranty parts a year in advance of when I "think" I will need them. Well, the last order had grill grates as part of my request and tried to put them on the grill and they don't fit like before. Called GS yesterday and they told me the warehouse must have packed the wrong ones ( even though the packing slip showed the correct grill on it) and the others are on backorder ( 6 weeks imagine that). You can't count on GS to have the items when you need them, so the game continues.
