Grilling Tips

4 posts in this topic

We just recently created a handy infographic detailing some tips for avoiding some of the more common grilling mistakes. Even the most seasoned grilling experts can still fall prey to these sorts of mistakes (I still have to actively fight the urge to constantly poke, prod, and flip the items on the grill), so taking a look at these handy tips may be a helpful way to get the most out of the warmer "grilling season" months.

But our list is just the beginning, and it only really covers tips for gas grills. What are some of your biggest grilling pet peeves? How do these tips differ when using a charcoal or wood-burning grill? All feedback and discussion is welcome!
