Simple pic of bbq 'cause Cuskit asked

Bought a knock off green egg several years ago(Kamado). Keeping temp balanced in this is a major effort for me! The regulars on this forum know I had some very high end commercial smokers in the past, so using a "green egg" is a stretch for me!Baby sat a a 7 lb boston butt the other day! Results were awesome!

I mention dogs and burgers, and one of the countries most esteemed and successful (retired) bbq contestants has to tease us with his pulled pork sandwich.. Wow! I'm afraid to see what he'd post if I asked for a similar rack o' ribs like the ones he used to compete with! smile.gif
