Sure is are you going to grind the meat or use ground round? sirloin?
Is it possible to make a Beef version of the Fatty? If so, anyone got a recipe, tips, etc? I figure it should be possible, but wanting to know before I attempt.
Last time I made one I stuffed it with Velveeta Mac&Cheese
