Yup, it will be 80/20 burgers (after the hard fried bacon introduction) -- Bubba Burgers that my wife bought when I fixed brisket last month because she was afraid someone might not want brisket!!! The Bubba Burgers remain unopened while the brisket was sorely abused.
Porterhouse sounds really good, but I want to try this thing out first. I want know mistakes for a cut like that!
John W., you may have seen by now, but I got a Brick Red Genesis EP-330 for $789 delivered. Starting with my first Genny as a trade in (c-list sale) and adding the SS flametamers and grates from RCPlaneBuyer that I had planned to buy for it (the flavorizors this year), I figure I paid all of $129 to upgrade to the EP-330. (And, BTW, I also would have been coming to you to buy a side burner for the E-310 -- so reduce that outlay even more. Sorry about not getting to you with the business, John. But Dave (RCPlaneBuyer) lost out too.)
