Grilled some chicken thighs for dinner then through on some pineapples. Coated them good with brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon. Grilled until they got all gooey.

I scream, you scream, we all scream PINEAPPLE!!

Thanks for a most delicious and fantastic photo shoot of a well cooked dessert! It's on my menu for the weekend! I've always loved grilled pineapple, but never thought to throw it onto some ice cream. Duh.. Sometimes it's what's right in front of your eyes that eludes you! :)

Off to pick up some French Vanilla Bean ice cream and a perfectly ripened pineapple. I've already (spelled "always") got the brown and white sugar! Not sure about cinnamon on ice cream but willing to try it on one teeny weeny corner first! B)

Cinnamon (used judiciously) and ice cream go together like peas and carrots

Cinnamon in my house is mostly on bread pudding and oatmeal.. :) But I'll certainly be trying it on my peas and carrots.. :D

You know I meant ice cream :)
