Hey all!

We are planning on making one (or two) pork loins on the Weber SP-310 for our daughters birthday this weekend and am planning on using an E-Z Que rotisserie which will hopefully be here in time for our maiden cookout. I'm hoping for tips (add smoke?) (should I have a pan with water) on how to cook this along with any basting/marinade/rubs to go with them. Also temp/how long to cook them on our Weber SP-310 3 burner grill (front to back burners) would be great.

bhepper,

I may not be able to help much since I don't have a Weber, but I'll be glad to show you what I've done when doing pork tenderloin on my grill's rotisserie. Maybe it will help, maybe not.

I did it this way because I get the cryovac packs at Sam's that come 2 in a package

First Pork Loins On The Rotisserie

This time, I decided to stuff them with some more pork. I guess you could call this Death By Pork. In case you haven't figured it out, I think bacon can improve the taste of about anything.

Rotisseried Pork Loins On Pork

Sorry I can't help more, but I don't have a Weber, so hopefully someone else can help with settings, etc.

Let us know how it comes out
