I'm new to this forum. I hope everyone will be patient with my elementary questions.
I'm using a Weber Q which I've had for about a year and I'm very happy with.
Unfortunately, recently, I cleaned the grill and now, for some reason, all my meat seems to be sticking to the grill. I prepair the grill be heating it up and then applying a thin layer of oil with a paper towel. This has done a good job for me in the past, however, for some reason, my meat is sticking and for the life of me, I don't understand why.
Any help would be appreciated.
